Sindh Government Declares December 25 a Public Holiday
— December 14, 2024KARACHI (AIA) The Sindh government has announced December 25, Wednesday, as a public holiday to commemorate Quaid-e-Azam Day and Christmas. The holiday will apply to all government offices, autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies, corporations, and local councils under the administrative control of the provincial government.
However, the notification clarified that the holiday does not extend to organisations providing essential services. The announcement was made through an official notification issued on Saturday.
