
Pakistan Navy Successfully Tests Indigenously Developed Ballistic Missile
— November 4, 2024ISLAMABAD (AIA) The Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted a flight test of an indigenously developed ship-launched ballistic missile capable of striking land and sea targets with high precision at a range of 350 kilometres, according to a Navy news release on Monday.
The advanced weapon system is equipped with state-of-the-art navigation and manoeuvrability features, enhancing Pakistan’s defence capabilities.
The test was observed by the Chief of the Naval Staff, senior Navy officers, and a team of dedicated scientists and engineers. The President, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and Service Chiefs extended congratulations to the participating naval units, scientists, and engineers for this significant achievement.
